The shaft seals are based on carbon never Sic/Sic
the reason is that sic seal are perfect for hard particles in the medium – By refrigeration compressor is that never the case- We find instate vibrations , by stopping concentrated heat on the top of the seal – all aspects and not the best circumstances a glass shaft seal.
Sic is glass.
For the complete WRV and XRV models we offer the upgrade : Coldores HR seal – this shaft seal are more resistance against degassing, VSD operations and are interesting in price level
For special projects we offer the Coldores cartridge seal – there are 2 versions single seal and as double seal system back to back with sperr fluid system.
