Part load position sensors (LPI)
On this page find you the electronic part load position sensors (LPI- Linear Position Indicator ) on refrigeration Screw compressors – The position of the slide valve will be given in 4-20 Ma signal direct to the PLC or additional a led system direct on the compressor – You can connect the partload indication direct on the the PLC or the most controllers – For question of availability contact us by E-mail.
RM-modification kits for Howden WRV models
Incase you like to read-0ut direct the position of the capacity slider valve, we offer the RM-modification kit for Howden WRV Compressors models- the power supply is 24 VDC and provide a out put of 4-20 mA. There are no led indication is steps of 10% only a direct output of 4-20mA. The benefit is that the read-out is always 1 valve. The Connection is hirschmann connection not a round connector as the Howden LPI sensor. – Note: the connection is different down load the calibration and connection instruction below.
For the WRV versions are on request also Atex LPI versions available
There are two suitable for the Howden Mk1 WRV 163 models in our program :

The Well know Gram short stroke capacity indicator part 52-021-0614 is available.

Aerzener VMY 256M Compressor
For the Aerzener VMY 256 M compressor are two versions capacity positon indicators available : Standard for NH3- Freon operation and a Atex version for inflammable refrigerants
